It has a velcro window for easy tube access as well as 2 velcro tabs to hold extension tubing. This is a PREMADE belt - if you need changes to be made, you will need to order a custom belt. Measure around the belly and tube, in a sitting position, and do not add or subtract. You should choose a belt with at least 2 additional inches.
