Our White Lace Bell-Bottom pant is made using a high quality soft stretch white lace fabric with a beautiful vintage inspired floral motif. The bells are lined with stretchy and soft shorts which have been sewn into the pant allowing you to wear them with a shorter top as well as a longer tunic length for a completely different look.
