Large Cement + Silver pendnt

Fabricated (constructed from sterling silver sheet and not cast)  sterling silver one of a kind pendant. The inside of the pendant houses cast cement and little silver studs. This pendant should be worn on both sides.  18” oxidized Sterling silver chain with a 2” extension. The necklace can be worn 18”-20”
