``` "Verdigris" presents an enchanting exploration of time, transformation, and the ravages of beauty as it unfolds against a lavish backdrop of gold and copper. The artwork  captures a patina effect, where the surface of metallic gold and copper morphs through a process to reveal rich, velvety tones of turquoise.  The overall composition strikes a harmonious balance between the fiery warmth of the copper and the cool, serene beauty of the turquoise and teal, evoking an ancient yet timeless essence.
