Size: Fits a standard (full-size) Zippo lighter.1.44” x 2.38” x 0.5” What you are gonna need: Tools:Knife or scissors, stitching irons, maul or mallet, pair of harness needles, waxed thread. Materials:Stiff or medium-stiff veg-tan, 1.0 - 1.2 mm. Do not take soft and stretchy 1 mm leather, it will be too loose. You can work with 1.3 - 1.5 mm but you might need to adjust the scale, i.e. print the pattern at 102-105% to be able to pull it on the lighter. Some experimenting might have to be involved so try it on scraps first. Hardware:None.
