Our dreams of creating the best vegan and gluten-free desserts for everyone have been realized with our now famous, Cream Tarts. Usually seen as large cakes in numbers or letters. These cakes are made from layers of delicate crispy cookies with poofs of our vegan pastry cream (not frosting and not too sweet). It is thick and creamy with hints of vanilla and citrus.  The pastry cream soaks into the cookies and makes them soft and the whole bite just melts in your mouth.  These are Special!!!   We sell these in sets of 4 or 8 personal sized mini cakes.
