Vegan Gluten-Free Cookie & Pastry Cream Letter Tart

These beautiful cream tart cakes quickly became our most popular custom cake! We bake 3 layers of vegan, gluten-free shortbread cookies, cut into letters or numbers of your choice and fill them with vanilla citrus pastry cream.  They are topped with whimsical details like fresh fruit and yummy white chocolate covered cookies, fondant flowers, candies and vegan macarons!   Letters/Numbers are 12" tall  Each Digit serves approximately 10 - 20, depends on the letter and how you slice it Some letters serve more than others  Cream Tart (cookie style) cakes should be served chilled. Please transport & setup cakes cold, then allow to sit out 20 minutes to 1 hour. You will select your cake pick up date and time at checkout. These cakes require 5 Business days lead time.
