  These beautiful cakes quickly became our most popular custom cake! We bake layers of vegan gluten-free cake, cut them into letters or numbers of your choice and fill them with our frosting.  Choose from our signature flavors. We top the cakes with whimsical details like fresh fruit and yummy chocolate covered cookies, candies and vegan macarons! Letters/Numbers are 12" tall  Each Digit serves approximately 10 - 20, depends on the letter and how you slice it Some letters serve more than others  For best taste and texture, our cakes should be served at room temperature. Please transport & set up cakes cold, then allow to sit out 4-6 hours to come to room temperature.  You will select your cake pick up date and time at checkout.
