Our incredibly soft gluten-free sandwich bread is available everyday. Please order a loaf ahead as they sell out quickly. Each loaf weighs 3 lbs and makes about 12-16 slices. Please slice your loaf when you get it and keep it in the fridge or freezer for longest life. The loaf will also be fine and soft on the counter for a week. Warmed bread is best. Either toasted or wrap in foil and place in a warm oven for 15 -20 minutes.
