Each hood scarf is handcrafted from up-cycled pre-loved sweaters, making each piece unique. My inspiration for the sweater hooded scarves came from a crochet hood, I saw on YouTube. Even though I don't crochet and have no desire to learn, I was captivated by the design concept. That's when I decided to get creative and experiment with making it from a sweater. After a few failed attempts with three sweaters, I finally perfected it. And the Kat Germosen repurposed sweater hood was born. These gender-neutral scarves fit most women, men, and teenagers.
