The bright hibiscus series was originally just 4 paintings but then I loved them so much I created 5 more. This painting with a bright red background and a yellow hibiscus was the second in the series. I love the bright red and how different colors of yellow pop off the canvas. You should be able to see the theme on the first 4 paintings where the background becomes the color of flower in next painting. It is a 20"x20" on canvas.
