This Magnetic Neon Gel Polish requires a separate base and top coat. We suggest adding Flash It! as the base and top coat. The Gel includes a magnetic art wand. Clean the nail surface. Apply a base coat or Flash It! and cure. Apply a thin coat of MNP, wave the Magnetic Wand over the nail to form a design and cure for 60 secs. Apply a second coat and repeat. Apply Flash It! as your top coat and cure to finish.
