Myristin® softgels from EHP are the only 40% CMO softgels on the market. The large amount of CMO per softgel (260 mg) allows consumers to take fewer capsules daily and to consume the recommended amount of product in a shorter time. Myrist-Aid is a synergistic capsule which is taken with Myristin®. DOSING:  Loading:  1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at night. Maintenance:  Easiest to take  at once.
