THE ALEX HAZEN X KAXI 'SUSAN' SCRUNCHIE

This piece is an Alex Hazen x Kaxi original design!  The bigger the better. Take your everyday scrunchies and make them 5x the size for the most feminine statement piece. This scrunchie comes in a cream ribbed material with black trim and is in a ‘corset’ style silhouette.  Why @alexhazen created this piece: You may recognize the Susan scrunchie— as it’s almost identical to our beloved Skip scrunchie from the last collaboration. That is no coincidence, because Susan is Skip’s beautiful wife. Susan and Skip were married 32 years, until Skip passed away from a Glioblastoma brain tumor in 2022. Just two years later, in December, Susan’s annual mammogram revealed a two centimeter invasive ductal carcinoma. By February, she faced surgery and radiation and by the grace of God, she has been in remission ever since. Susan and Skip built a beautiful family together raising their children, Nick and Kate.
