Simpson Strong-Tie HDU5 Holdown with SDS Screws

The Simpson Strong-Tie HDU5-SDS2.5 holdown is pre-deflected during the manufacturing process, virtually eliminating deflection under load due to material stretch. They use Simpson Strong-Tie® Strong-Drive® SDS screws (included) which install easily, reduce fastener slip and provide a greater net section when compared to bolts. Anchor with a 5/8″ anchor. Made of 14 gauge galvanized steel.
