Active Toner

Face toner is basically an inbetween skin-care step, used after washing your face but before moisturizing it. They were originally designed to rebalance skin after washing. Toner are typically water-based with other ingredients.  Active Toner, with reflective particles, this toner gives your skin a dewy, illuminated shine for an instant confidence boost. Leaves skin feeling hydrated and instantly refreshed after a spritz. How to apply  shake well and spray your face at a reasonable distance or use a cotton to apply. Ingredients  Aqua, glycerin, witch hazel, fruit extracts, cucumber extract, vitamin C, glycolic acid and tea tree oil. Size 8 oz Important: Please note that witch hazel may be sensitizing to some individuals. We strongly recommend that a patch test of this product be done on the skin before use.
