Lavender Sea Salt

We had no idea how much we were going to like this salt and seriously, just started playing around on a whim. Turns out it is our new favorite for salting cocktails with a lemon, mint or basil base--like our Lavender Lemon Gin Fizz. Use it as a finish on biscuits and lemon bars or bake in to scones. Replace the salt in your pizza dough recipe and top with caramelized onions and gruyere for a satisfying savory-floral combo that will have you floating!
