Description Serving with Nitrogen This kegerator accommodates both pure nitrogen and "Beer Gas" cylinders, making it adaptable to different beverage styles. Pure nitrogen is ideal for cold brew coffee to prevent unwanted carbonation effects, while a nitrogen-CO2 blend works wonders for stouts, providing that iconic cascading bubble effect. The unit includes one regulator but not a nitrogen cylinder; you can add an empty nitrogen tank to your order if needed. EVABarrier draft lines and Duotight push-to-connect fittings simplify setup, protect against oxidation, and eliminate the need for hose clamps. The kegerator excels in maintaining temperatures, even in warm conditions, thanks to its wide temperature range and extended-range digital controller. It comes standard with Intertap faucets, renowned for their forward-sealing design, with options for NukaTap faucets available.
