Flamenco has a long tradition in our town; the National Institute of Flamenco is the home of four generations of dancers and brings world-renowned dancers to the Festival Flamenco every June. Both Kei's youngest and Molly's youngest daughter studied under the Encinias family. This dish towel honors the Flamenco dancers who patiently teach during the day and still perform at night! The musicians are an integral part of the dance, one doesn't happen without the other! Olé!
