Hand-crafted from solid wood and slightly charred for a darker hue, its slender handle is designed for effortless twisting between the palms. The smooth pestle gently grinds and dissolves the chocolate in hot milk, while the loose rings aerate the liquid, creating a frothy head which pays homage to the divine qualities of the ritual of drinking chocolate, originating in Mexico's southern regions. Includes instructions for use. Aprx 13" long, each piece slightly unique due to hand-made nature of item. Hand wash recommended Made in Mexico.
