Week 1 (starting on 4/16/26): asynchronous material, at your own pace Week 2 (4/22/26): one-day, live, in-person at 16 Tech in Indianapolis Week 3 (4/29/26): 2.5 hours of live, online, instructor-led session Week 4 (course to be completed by 5/7/26): action learning project What this course does Finds real customer insight: analyze voice-of-customer data, reviews, and search queries to hear what buyers actually say Clarifies strategy: segment simply, choose a position you can defend, and connect it to the funnel Elevates creative and content: use AI to draft briefs, generate variations, and tighten copy—then keep what works Tests, measures, repeats: design lean experiments, read results, and avoid
