O’Brien grew up in the southwest and from an early age developed an appreciation for art and nature. She has been making her miniature dioramas showcasing beautiful landscapes with a humorous twist for around two decades. She has been creating ceramics through trail and error and self learning for the last decade. O’Brien’s work has been included in group exhibitions in the Kansas City and upstate New York areas.
