The Wharf in Lahaina

prints of the original oil painting by Ken Dahl The Wharf Building, a three-level shopping center located across from the famous Banyan Tree and the harbor on Front Street in Lahaina. This is one of the oldest and most iconic buildings in Lahaina, dating back to 1905 when it was used as a warehouse for sugar and pineapple exports. In recent times, it housed a variety of shops, restaurants, and services, as well as a movie theater. Some of the highlights of the building included: Regency Wharf Cinemas, Cool Cat Cafe, Down the Hatch, a seafood bar and grill, and so many other unique gift shops, ice cream and shaved ice delis. It was a great place to spend a few hours or a whole day, enjoying the sights, sounds, and flavors of Lahaina.
