The Large Emma big block side grain cutting board was inspired by myself to make a large beautiful thick board that can be a bold reflection of the type of BBQ'er or charcuterie maker that lets people know you are not to be trifled with! Being a BBQ'er myself I wanted to put my take of every person who takes BBQ'ing seriously deserves to serve their meat.  21.75" wide x 12.75" long x 1.5" Thick Sanded down to 400 grit Made of Maple, African Padauk, and Walnut OIled and soaked with food-grade mineral oil Sealed and Waxed with Keoki Original Cutting Board Butter Easy Care: wash with water and wipe down. Oil wood if it gets dry, and wax board with butcher block wax or board butter once a month.
