Thanks goodness mother and father bird built a secure nest high up in a well-shaded tree because the summer grows hot. Cody Chavez's gorgeous picture jasper chick stays cool and contented, enjoying the view through turquoise inlaid eyes. It patiently awaits a hydrating worm or grub meal delivered by its trusty parents. Wings are etched. About 2" tall, 3/8" wide and 1" deep.
