Beloved Ladybug

Many insects like beetles are vital in the pollination process and they keep the planet clean. Beetles such as ladybugs are important garden friends feeding on pesky aphids. They have two sets of wings: an outer hard set for protection and an inner set used to fly. Not all ladybugs are red and black either. Their hard outer wings can be yellow or even black and come in a variety of neat patterns. Justin Red Elk's wondrous pipestone and jet ladybug has pipestone eyes and measures a lovely 1 1/2" long, 5/8" wide and 5/8" tall.
