Alvin Calavaza is affectionally known as the Bird Man at our Keshi gallery because of the wonderful bird fetishes he's carved thoughout the years. We're delighted with his latest offering, a sweet Bear cub worked from a lovely onyx to a size of approximately 2" long, 1" wide and 1 1/2" tall. Winsome eyes are from turquoise inlays. Lots of etching marks bless this friend with nice fur detail.
