Lynn Quam's Mountain-lion (puma, cougar or panther) has been sculpted from sodalite that's as beautiful as the Zuni sky or sunset. All we need to do is look into the upper atmosphere to appreciate the enormity and beauty in the universe. The orange-like areas in sodalite are believed to be feldspar sometimes called "sunset sodalite". Inquisitive eyes are from turquoise inlays. About 3 1/2" long, 1" wide and 1 1/4" tall.
