Beauty Tea Blend

The ingredients for our #iwokeuplikethis tea blend have been selected from a range of herbs traditionally known for their medicinal benefits to your skin. Bring these luscious herbs alive by adding one teaspoon of #iwokeuplikethis loose leaf tea to a strainer/infuser and placing into a freshly boiled cup (8.5 ounces) of water for at least 5 minutes.   Strain, and enjoy hot or over ice! Ingredients:  Organic burdock root, lemon myrtle, alfalfa, peppermint, liquorice root, nettle leaf, milk thistle, marigold petals and orange peel Naturally caffeine free. #iwokeuplikethis tea may also be used as a herbal facial steam bath. Add one teaspoon to a bowl of steaming hot water. Steam for 10 minutes.
