New York: Printed and Sold by Mahlon Day at the New Juvenile Book-Store, No. 376, Pearl-Street, [1828-1833]. 5 1/2cmx 8 3/4. 16pp, stitched on original printed pale yellow wrappers. Vignette of sailing ship on front wrapper [repeated on title page], rear wrapper an advertisement for Day’s books for sale. Wood engraving frontis, entitled “Distant View of the City of New-York” plus eight additional engravings [mostly of vessels, one of them for Day’s Juvenile Book Store], rear wrap with a corner tear (with old sewn repair), ownership inscriptions on title, light wear, Very Good.  AAS notes that Day’s place of business was at 376 Pearl Street from 1828-1833.
