I’m grateful for those close to me who helped uncover the soul in this monster. A tale of hardship and pain, disappointment and regret, danger and violence. He signifies great physical and emotional struggle, as well as sacrifice for survival. He is a loss of innocence but a source of pride.And he is a reminder to not lose yourself in all of this.
