Original oil on canvas with frame 32 x 50 x2 inches. “ The spring breeze   blows and touches    My face and heart.” When I look at the tree, it is never the tree by itself that engages me, but the way it grows out of the land, the way the sky surrounds it, and how the horizon is interrupted by the tree’s silhouette. The artist’s feelings are projected onto each painting. Each painting is like a silent poem. I paint with the palette knife to create a rich texture and movement.
