Through a combination of demonstrations, isolated drills, and live-fire exercises, students will develop core rifle-handling techniques such as stance, grip, trigger control, reloads, stoppage clearing, movement-based shooting, and multiple target engagements. The course concludes with a final assessment to measure progress and reinforce key skills. Key Elements of the Course: Fundamental Rifle Drills: Focused repetition to develop key handling skills. Stoppage and Reload Training: Hands-on drills to efficiently clear malfunctions and reload under pressure. Moving and Shooting Exercises: Learning to engage targets effectively while on the move. Multiple Target Engagement: Training to transition between targets with speed and accuracy. Timed Performance Evaluations: Individual and group drills designed to enhance consistency and marksmanship under pressure. Learning Objectives Master fundamental rifle handling techniques. Develop confidence in weapon manipulation and marksmanship. Improve shooting accuracy and efficiency through structured drills. Enhance situational awareness in live-fire scenarios. Learn to identify and clear rifle malfunctions efficiently. Integrate multiple rifle techniques into cohesive shooting exercises. Round Allotment Rifle: 700 rounds NOTE: IF STUDENTS WANT TO RUN A SIDE ARM AND PRACTICE TRANSITIONS THERE WILL BE A C.O.F. ON STAND BY. 100 ROUNDS OF SIDE ARM AMMO IS RECOMMENDED. Gear List Functional rifle in good working condition At least four rifle magazines Rifle sling Weapons cleaning gear and lubrication Personal protective equipment: gloves, eye protection, ear protection Optional: Tactical gear for practical drills Ammunition Restrictions: No steel core, armor-piercing, or tracer rounds allowed Only semi-automatic fire is permitted Student Responsibilities Bring personal food and water (limited water available on-site). Maintain all personal gear and ammunition. Follow all safety guidelines as instructed. Refund Policy Full Refund: For cancellations made more than 14 days before the course. Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations made 7-14 days before the course. No Refund: For cancellations less than 7 days before the course or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Eligibility Requirements Course is open to U.S. citizens only. No enrollment for individuals with felony convictions or other disqualifying statuses. Proof of citizenship required. Applicants may be subject to background checks.
