Clock starts at first pitch. Max allowed D2 players per team: 3 Coaches must appoint one team captain and co-captain, these are the only players allowed to speak with umpires One homerun per inning, every one after that is an out until the time limit. Once the time limit has been reached, excess homeruns become inning enders.
