Keystone Gamefish Pellets are perhaps the best all purpose diet for pond fish, including Bluegill, Channel Catfish, Hybrid Bluegill, Hybrid Striped Bass, Koi, Largemouth Bass, Trout, Yellow Perch and more. These extruded floating pellets contain 40% protein for rapid growth, and all the necessary vitamins and minerals needed for health and vitality. Feeding: Only feed what the fish will eat within a couple of minutes. Feed either in the same location or on the windward side of the pond. Avoid over-feeding because uneaten pellets can cause an accumulation of excess nutrients in the water, which can promote weed & algae growth. If water quality deteriorates, you should decrease feeding amount or frequency until it improves.  For most Pond Fish: Begin feeding once or twice a week in the spring, when the water temperature goes above 50°F. When the water is above 60°F you can increase to daily feedings if increased growth is desired. When the water drops below 50°F, discontinue feeding
