Emery shawl - Knitted shawl pattern, knitting tutorial, PDF - English version 🇺🇸

Emery is a crescent shaped shawl knitted top down. The border is knitted afterwards and attached to the body stitch by stitch cross-wide. There are three variations you can knit this shawl in: with beads on the border, with nupps on the border, or without anything (just plain lace border). If you want to knit a beaded version, you will need 90 beads (or pearls) for this shawl. Pattern asks for 700-800 yards of fingering weight yarn.  Skill level: Intermediate. You will need:- 150g of fingering weight yarn (approx. 220 yards/3.5oz)- US 7 needles (4.5mm)- 90 beads (optional) Please note: This is a downloadable PDF-file, not the finished product or a paper pattern!
