This is a one on one IN-PERSON training. A close-up in-person session with Khali (located in Houston) where he guides and takes you step by step on how to use different machines, and the proper way to build the muscle you desire and achieve your ideal physique.    What's included?   • This workout programming DOES NOT include nutrition plans, however, it is specifically designed to shape your body into YOUR desirable physique.  • During the training, Khali will ensure your full understanding of the different types of workout that suits you and correct your forms in order to achieve the best results. • Specific information and education for the individual one-on-one about their current habits, breaking down different workout protocols, places to improve and tweak, and further provide knowledge to allow the individual to have confidence in the plan, as well as myself as a coach.  • Educating you to create long-lasting habits so you’ll be able to have more balance when it comes to fitnes
