Sheng Hua Tang (生化湯) is a traditional Chinese herbal soup blend primarily utilized by mothers post-childbirth. Preparation Method: Add 5 cups of water to a pot along with all the herbs from one package of Sheng Hua Tang. Allow the herbs to soak for approximately half an hour prior to cooking, in cold water.  Boil the herbal mixture until it reduces to about 2 cups (typically around 30-40 minutes, depending on stove heat). Consume 1 cup of the decoction in the morning and 1 cup at night. **Optional: Some individuals opt to include a small cup of rice wine for added warmth. Warning: It is advised that women who have experienced excessive bleeding or undergone a Cesarean section refrain from consuming Sheng Hua Tang.
