Nativity Scene

This beaded nativity scene is a 14-piece-set including baby Jesus, Joseph, an angel, a star, Mary, 3 wise men, a shepherd, a lamb, a cow, a donkey, and a special crèche and manger.   The faces of each of the people are made with our hand-rolled SwaziMUD™ beads and the wood backdrop is crafted by bloodwood of South Africa. This entire set has been completely handcrafted by the Khutsala™ Artisans who are working for a fair wage on Project Canaan in Eswatini, Africa. This set takes days to create and contains over 10,000 beads. The Wire & Beading Process The people and animals in this set are crafted in Eswatini by Khutsala™ Artisans. Each unique item is handcrafted by creating a wireframe, stringing all of the beads on to a wire, and then wrapping the beaded string around the frame.
