PitFire Workshop February 21st

10a-noon, Saturday February 21st. Come learn about the ancient art of pot-fired ceramics during this workshop. Participants will gain an understanding of the process and will have an opportunity to fire several of thier creations in the pit kiln on-site at Kickwheel.  Materials for preparing/wrapping wares to be fired will be included. Best results have been recorded when wares are bisque fired to ^016 after being coated in terra Siggilata and burnished. Those services are available if needed for a fee.  Homemade lunch available for purchase day-of.
