These are replacement lenses for your KBE swim goggles.  Goggles are required to be mailed in, in order to have replacement lenses made and fitted.   Polycarbonate Lenses: All lenses are filled as single-vision (bifocals not available in swim goggles) and all lens materials used are polycarbonate.     One-Year Manufacturer Warranty:  This covers manufacturer-defects only (not normal wear and tear or scratches).  In the case of a lost lens, we will do a one-time replacement.  This requires goggles to mailed in and process your payment for return shipping.   How to Order:  Add this lens choice to your cart for one-stop shopping!   Enter your prescription in the fields below OR upload a photo of the prescription, along with the PD measurement.  If your doctor did not provide the PD (pupillary distance) measurement on your script, you can measure it yourself!  See the photo in this listing for a simple how-to.
