This class is designed as a tasting to explore the diverse range of styles, sweetness levels, and ways bubbly wines are created at the winery.  Your expert guide will share tastes ranging from our own Bubbly to Prosecco, sparkling wine, and Champagne. Learn the fascinating history of how Champagne was discovered and take a deep dive into finding the perfect bubbly for your palate, how to serve it, and even how to open it without having the cork fly across the room!
