Tropical Terror Tarts

If you know me, you might know I LOVE tiki bars, tiki drinks, and tiki-inspired food! I had to create a handful of treats to show my love for all things tiki. 🗿 🥥 Coconut Cream Tart: Rich coconut meets pudding in this scratch-made coconut cream tart. Garnished with a maraschino cherry & festive umbrella – tropical delight at its finest! 🌴 Passionfruit Tart: A tart and luscious passionfruit curd (made from scratch 🤤) in a sweet pastry tart shell, garnished with a zing of zesty lemon meringue icing and passionfruit honey! Blood splatter (aka maraschino juice + kitchen magic) was mandatory. 🩸
