Organic Lemongrass Melange Iced Tea

A delicate and complex blend of lemongrass, green tea, and jasmine blossoms, our Lemongrass Melange balances traditional southeast Asian flavors with contemporary sensibilities. Ingredients: Organic Green Tea, Organic Lemongrass, OrganicLemon Myrtle, Organic Jasmine Flowers CHEMEX STEEPING METHOD Thoroughly clean Chemex before making tea. Measure 50 grams (2 oz) of tea. Rinse an 8 cup Chemex filter. Place the filter in the Chemex and the tea in the filter. Pour 40 oz of water, just off a boil, over the tea. This process will produce approximately 32 oz of tea concentrate. Add enough cold water to the concentrate to make 1 gallon of finished iced tea. Store tea at room temperature for no more than 12 hours.   COLD STEEPING METHOD Determine the number of quarts of water being used to steep tea.
