Description The Seoyiteul Series is made from heat-resistant obu clay mined in Sancheong, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea. Each piece is shaped by hand, coated with a mineral glaze containing iron and metal oxides that emit far-infrared rays, enhancing food flavor and neutralizing bitterness. Sizes vary slightly (2–5 mm) due to handmade production; please compare with existing ON:GI products before purchase. ON:GI pottery is porous and absorbs moisture, so avoid soaking for more than 30 minutes and wash immediately after use with natural dish soap.
