A testament to the resilience of nature in the face of human driven agendas. In that long, thick-dreaded mane lies the stories of her life, woven as a wild, sentient being, thriving in our harsh Western landscape.   Having watched this mare since 2009, an observer to just a slice of her epic  journey I have seen her living free, give life, be captured, branded, given birth control and released back onto her home territory. She has lost stallions and siblings all by the chaos that comes from human intervention.  She has witnessed life and death, the ebb and flow of her family band. G
