This holistic health coaching session, is designed to possibly help you know your worth and feed your body life by developing a healthier lifestyle. This coaching session is available for both genders. The coaching session can also be catered towards clients who are seeking natural hair care advice. You will be asked to send a video of your hair, and scalp. Clients under the age of 18 will need parental-guardianship consent.  Step 1 You will receive a questionnaire form once you purchase your  coaching session. Step 2  You will be asked to give your email address, and telephone number. You will receive a time schedule by email to select a coaching time. The answers from the questionnaire form will help form an assessment for your personal holistic health needs.
