This Storm costume is custom made to your exact measurements. Comes complete with head piece, bodysuit, cape, arm bands & boot covers. ALL Halloween costumes will be delivered on or before Halloween (October 30). We also have 1 week ($69 - 7 days from date ordered) & 2 week rush shipping ($49 - 2 weeks from date ordered if needed sooner) Please Note: We are a custom boutique. All pieces are made one by one, by hand, custom to each client's specific measurements, height and color request.
