This is a vintage kimono made in Japan. The design across the bottom is disconnected and the pattern continues on the upper half, so it's a tsukesage. This is commonly used for house guests and more subdued, relaxed formal events, and can be used for tea ceremonies. The pattern has been slightly disrupted due to the kimono being re-tailored for a new person some decades ago.
