Sake Kasu Facial Soap

Beauty products containing sake kasu, the leftover mash discarded when brewing sake, began to flourish when workers at a sake brewery in Japan began to notice that though their bodies and faces aged appropriately, something was causing their hands to stay smooth, clear and young looking. This effect was eventually attributed to their hands being in constant contact with the enzyme rich mash during the yeast fermentation process. Sake Kasu facial soap containing fermented rice mash that is both anti-inflammatory and moisturizing and the soap has a light, reshreshing, yuzu citrus scent.
